I am Charles Junkin, a licensed professional clinical counselor and clinical supervisor with decades of experience in counseling, supervision, and behavioral health leadership.
My work has included individual counseling, couples counseling, substance use treatment, clinical supervision, program development, counselor training, and leadership within behavioral health organizations. Across those roles, my focus has remained consistent: helping people understand what is happening, strengthen their capacity to respond, and move toward healthier lives and relationships.
Charles also provides clinical supervision for dependently licensed counselors where permitted by applicable state licensing rules. He approaches supervision with the same directness and seriousness he brings to clinical work — because the quality of supervision shapes the quality of care that supervisees eventually provide.
