What I Offer
Professional Counseling Rooted in Experience
Seeking counseling is often a sign that something important in your life needs attention. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, anxious, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. My work is grounded in the belief that counseling should be thoughtful, respectful, practical, and clinically sound.
Individual Counseling
Counseling for Adults
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Counseling is collaborative, direct when needed, and focused on helping you gain insight while also making practical changes.
Relationships can become strained by conflict, emotional distance, broken trust, parenting stress, life transitions, and communication patterns that repeat despite good intentions. Couples counseling provides a structured place to slow the conversation down, identify the deeper patterns, and work toward healthier communication and connection.
Addiction affects more than substance use — it impacts identity, relationships, emotional stability, and family systems. I work with clients addressing substance use concerns, maintaining recovery, and repairing the relationships and areas of life that have been affected.
I provide affirming counseling for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Sessions offer a respectful, nonjudgmental space to address identity, relationships, family dynamics, mental health, and the unique stressors that LGBTQ+ clients may face.
I provide clinical supervision for dependently licensed counselors who are developing their professional identity, strengthening clinical skills, preparing for independent licensure, and learning to practice with confidence and ethical clarity. Supervision is supportive, structured, and focused on growth.
Licensed & serving clients across multiple states.
All sessions are conducted virtually, so geography is no barrier to quality care.

Secure platform — Sessions conducted via HIPAA-compliant video.
Same professional standard — The quality of care is not diminished by the virtual format.
About the Practice
Counseling is not one-size-fits-all.
I bring decades of clinical experience, supervisory experience, and leadership in behavioral health settings to my work with clients and counselors. My approach is professional, steady, and individualized.
Clients often benefit from counseling that balances insight with action. We will look at the emotional, relational, behavioral, and practical parts of what you are facing. The goal is not simply to talk about the problem, but to help you understand it clearly and respond to it more effectively.
Good therapy doesn't require you to be in the same room. It requires honesty, consistency, and a willingness to do the work.
